Celluskin Body Treatment

Improve your appearance of the skin by increasing collagen, reducing stretch marks and dislodging fat deposits

CelluSkin - Reduce stretchmarks, cellulite, and tighten your skin

Celluskin uses acoustic wave therapy used to reduce the appearance of cellulite. It refers to energetic sound waves that create vibrations to positively affect underlying connective tissues, cells and ultimately the skin itself.

While treating cellulite, this therapy also stimulates the production of collagen, rejuvenation of connective tissue, improves skin elasticity and thus gives a smoother and firmer appearance to the skin.

How it works

The technology used in the CelluSkin system is innovative since it uses soft acoustic waves to break down the molecules that form cellulite. By using a hand held device, acoustic waves are generated and delivered directly into the deep connective tissues to target enlarged fat cells and break them down. CelluSkin therapy works by relaxing the hard collagen bands that eventually press on the fat cells while dissociating the trapped fat. By increasing lymphatic drainage and blood circulation manually, the body can naturally get rid of cellulite through the lymphatic system. All of this results in smoother looking skin, better firmness and improved skin texture and color.

Natural Healing

The Celluskin Shockwaves cause microtears in the connective tissues while breaking down the fatty deposits (also known as cellulite). When the minor tearing occurs, the body automatically increases the amount of collagen to the affected area as a means of healing. When the collagen goes to work and restores/heals the tissue, the injured tissue is replaced with a denser and more rejuvenated frame which creates a tighter tissue. From the outside, the visible results are a more lifted and firmer looking skin.
Based on our practitioners' evaluation and desired results, the appropriate pressure, number of shocks, and intensity of shocks will be determined at the time of your appointment. By applying the correct amount of pressure and number of shocks at frequent intervals, the underlying tissue can be regenerated once the enlarged fat cells (cellutlite) are broken down.

How many treatments?

To see a clear improvement, 8 treatments are necessary. These can be divided over 8 weeks, so 1 session per week. Some clients may need more sessions to get the best results. Thereafter, it is recommended to follow up monthly to maintain the results obtained. At the time of your consultation, a trained practitioner will assess the regions concerned and thus recommend a treatment plan based on the level of cellulite and their professional experience.

What are the risks/side effect?

The side effects are temporary and can sometimes result in redness, inflammation or bruising. What results can I expect? The results include a reduction in the lumpy appearance of the skin, as well as an improvement in texture and firmness. In addition, some customers will notice a circumferential reduction in the areas treated. Results may vary by person.

How long are treatments?

It is a process of about 15 minutes per region treated (the back of the two thighs is considered a region) and most treatments last 30 to 60 minutes in total. A feeling of pulsation is felt during the treatment. Most clients compare the sensation to a “deep massage”.
