How It Works

Morpheus8 Body is a minimally invasive unique deep tissue remodeling treatment.  It uses “Burst Mode” technology, which basically means it has the capability to deliver radiofrequency (RF) heat to multiple depths of the skin simultaneously, and can penetrate the tissue deeper than traditional microneedling technologies. 

 

Because your tissue is being targeted at multiple depths at a time it allows for a more uniform overall result, a shorter treatment time, and minimizes the risk of your skin being injured. If you’re looking to tighten the skin on a specific area of the body, reduce fat, treat cellulite or simply smooth out the skin and improve on its texture and tone, then this is the treatment for you.

How is Morpheus8 Body different from Morpheus8?

  1. The Morpheus8 Body uses microneedling and radiofrequency to sculpt the body effectively, efficiently and with shorter treatment times. The fractional treatment is effective and safe for all skin types and tones. This technique penetrates deep into the skin and fat layer to recontour the aging tissue to tighten skin, reduce fat pockets and even skin tone.

  2. The Morpheus8 Body uses the same technique as Morpheus8, but is the only FDA-approved technique for 8mm deep subcutaneous adipose tissue alteration. The original Morpheus8 penetrated up to 4 mm which is optimal for facial and neck anatomy. The Morpheus8 Body handpiece has a unique large surface tip consisting of a matrix of 40 thin gold-coated microneedles and a thermal profile of 7mm, plus an additional heat profile of 1mm.

  3. The larger tip allows for faster treatment of larger areas. The 40 gold-coated needles in the Morpheus8 Body tip allow it to penetrate deeper than the others. This allows Morpheus8 Body to provide bipolar radiofrequency radiation at varied treatment depths in a single cycle.

  4. The ability to target tissue successively at three layers in millisecond intervals reduces treatment times, reduces skin harm, improves treatment uniformity, and allows for personalized full-body fractional procedures.
