Dr. Kaitlyn Owens, ND

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Kaitlyn Owens is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. Her license includes additional prescribing privileges for certain controlled medications, such as bioidentical hormones and injectable therapies. Dr. Kaitlyn is passionate about helping her patients achieve their health goals by providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. She takes a holistic approach to care, recognizing the deep connection between physical, mental, and emotional health.
Dr. Kaitlyn’s journey into naturopathic medicine began during her years as a competitive athlete, which sparked her fascination with the human body’s ability to heal and perform at its best. She earned an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Guelph, focusing on nutritional sciences, and conducted research at the Human Nutraceuticals Research Unit. She further pursued her passion by completing a Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she excelled during her clinical internship. Her commitment to excellence earned her a place on the Sports Medicine and Chronic Pain shift, where she gained valuable experience in pain management and athletic care.
Dr. Kaitlyn works with athletes of all levels and believes everyone deserves to find movement they enjoy. While she supports all aspects of health, her special interests include metabolic health, hormonal health, performance optimization, and brain health.
