Whether you're looking to rebalance your hormones, regulate your cycle, or feel more like yourself again, she offers supportive, root-cause care to help you thrive.
Dr. Kaitlyn earned an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Guelph, focusing on nutritional sciences, and conducted research at the Human Nutraceuticals Research Unit. She later completed her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she excelled during her clinical internship.
Her commitment to clinical excellence earned her a place on the Sports Medicine and Chronic Pain focus shift, where she gained valuable experience in pain management and athletic care. This training deepened her understanding of how hormones, metabolism, and recovery intersect, especially in active women navigating cycle-related symptoms, energy issues, or performance changes.
