relationships, grief, gender and sexual identity, anger management, disability, suicide ideation,
unemployment, and parenting.
While appreciating the vulnerability demonstrated by clients seeking change, Jennifer employs
active listening, empathy, and a nonjudgmental approach to help clients unearth the thoughts
and behaviours hindering their progress. She is committed to reinforcing positive feelings and
behaviours, past successes, and strengths to help clients move towards their desired outcomes.
